• Cool wash only: Use a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C / 85°F. Avoid high temperatures, as they may cause the cotton to shrink and affect the shape of the garment.

• Gentle detergents: Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and harsh chemicals. Stick to mild, color-safe detergents.

• Air dry only: Do not tumble dry. Lay the garment flat and allow it to air dry naturally. Avoid direct heat and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.

Styling & Storage
• Reshape while damp: Gently reshape the garment while it is still damp to help maintain its original shape and fit.

• Iron with care: Do not iron directly over the embroidery or silver hardware. If needed, iron on the reverse side using low heat.

• Handle with care: Avoid excessive friction around the embroidered areas and silver hardware to help maintain their original finish.

• Store properly: Keep the garment in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. The delivery time depends on the selected carrier.

Returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without the need to provide any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

After receiving and accepting the returned package, the refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive the return. The refund includes the product value and the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered by us.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

- in undamaged condition,
- unused,
- with all original tags and packaging intact,
- in the same condition as when it was shipped.

If the product shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the return may be rejected or the refund reduced accordingly.

The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. Return shipping costs are not covered by the seller.
