Refund policy

Returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without the need to provide any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

After receiving and accepting the returned package, the refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive the return or proof of shipment. The refund includes the product value and the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered by us.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

- in undamaged condition,
- unused,
- with all original tags and packaging intact,
- in the same condition as when it was shipped.

If the product shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the return may be rejected or the refund reduced accordingly.

The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. Return shipping costs are not covered by the seller.
