    • the product price,
    • the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered by the Seller.

  2. If the Customer selected a more expensive delivery method, the difference is non-refundable.

  3. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of its return.

  4. Refunds are made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  1. For orders outside the European Union:
    • returns are at the Customer’s expense,
    • costs may be significantly higher,
    • the Seller does not offer free returns,
